Mando Network is a modern account platform designed around two simple beliefs: banking should be fast, and security should never be optional. We combine the visual language and the discipline of a traditional high-street bank with the speed of a product built for 2026.
Who we serve
Personal customers get a complete current account that is free for life — GBP balances, instant transfers between Mando accounts, physical and virtual cards, and Apple Pay / Google Pay top-ups. Business customers accept card and wallet payments on a hosted page under their own brand, with settlement in GBP to their UK bank account.
What we do ourselves, and what we hand off
We build the whole customer experience in-house: the account, the dashboard, the payment pages, the KYC wizard, the admin controls, the fraud engine, the mailer, the backups. For the regulated rails — card acquiring and Faster Payments — we work with licensed banking and payment partners so that every pound is held in a safeguarded segregated account and every card transaction is processed under full PCI-DSS compliance.
How we are governed
Mando Network operates from the United Kingdom and complies with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, and the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Our AML, complaints and privacy policies are published openly at /legal/aml, /legal/complaints and /legal/privacy. We maintain an MLRO, a DPO and a 24/7 incident response process.
Our standard
We hold ourselves to three simple rules: treat every customer as a VIP; never touch customer funds for operating expenses; and tell the truth quickly when something goes wrong. That is the standard we intend to keep.
